Most evaluation plans include some objectives related to the project implementation (process evaluation) along with others looking at the results of the study (outcome evaluation) . Depending on the project and the data available, you may only have process evaluation questions. In either case, the evaluation plan will help you communicate the effectiveness of your research project.  \nProcess evaluation questions look at the research project’s planning and logistics to determine what went well and what could be improved in the future.
