Thereafter, all employees with more than four (4) years of experienceshall be evaluated at least once every three (3) years.  \nARTICLE XIV  \nInsurance  \nSection 1 : During the course of bargaining the parties acknowledged that the District Participates in the Heart of Illinois Insurance Consortium (“Township Insurance Committee”), and that the present group insurance plan and program, as well as designation of carrier and administrator have been adopted by the Township Insurance Committee for all member districts. The parties agree that so long as the bargaining unit has an appointed representative on the Township Insurance Committee, the benefits, plan and program, and designation of carrier and administrator, may be changed during the term of this Agreement to conform to changes adopted by Township Insurance Committee. Should the Township Insurance Committee dissolve or the District chose not to participate in the Township Insurance Committee, the District shall meet and bargain the new plan and carrier with the Union.  \nSection 2 :  Employer Contribution  \nA. For employees whose first work day occurs prior to September 1, 2018, the District shall pay seventy-five percent (75%) and the employee twenty-five percent (25%) of the full premium for individual and/or family plan coverage for full-time employees.  \nB. For all other full-time employees, the District shall pay an amount equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost of single employee coverage or fifty percent (50%) of the total premium toward any other coverage selected by the employee.  \nSection 3 : Full-time employees shall be entitled to the life insurance benefit offered by the board from time to time.  \nSection 4 : For purposes of this Article XIV, the definition of “full-time” shall be determined by the particular benefit plan at issue. To the extent that any benefit plan generally  \napplicable to full-time employees does not define “full-time”,“full-time” shall mean those nontemporary employees regularly scheduled for thirty-five hours or more per week.  \nARTICLE XV  \nSalary and Extracurricular Schedules  \nSection 1 : Provisions respecting Salaries and Salary schedules of new certified  \nemployees are attached hereto as Appendix A.
