The implementing partners are also in contact and coordinating with the regional partners Caribbean Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (CIMH), Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) .\u003Cbr>A launch event with all the implementing partners is planned for the 20th of November in Barbados, on the margins of the Caribbean Climate Outlook Forum (CariCOF) meeting with participation of CIMH and CDEMA as well as national hydromet and Disaster Risk Management (DRM) representation.\u003Cbr>Key activities identified and initiated by all the development partners:\u003Cbr>World Bank (core implementation team already contracted and international advisors identified):\u003Cbr>- Development of a regional Hydromet and EWS Diagnostic and Strategy\u003Cbr>- Identification of opportunities of strengthening EWS through Social Sciences\u003Cbr>- Development of a RADAR Network Diagnostic and Strategy\u003Cbr>- Development of a Business Continuity Diagnostic and Strategy\u003Cbr>WMO\u003Cbr>- Institutional strengthening through the development of strategic planning documents for National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHS)\u003Cbr>- Support for bi-annual CariCOF\u003Cbr>- South-south cooperation between CREWS Pacific SIDS and CREWS Caribbean\u003Cbr>- Training under the Caribbean Severe Weather Forecasting Demonstration Project (SWFDP)\u003Cbr>- Impact-based forecasting, including coastal inundation |\n\n\n|  | -
