Provide clinical supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards  \n● Provide emergency clinical coverage as scheduled.  \n● Participate and lead in new associate orientation and trainings.  \n● Guide associates in the development of their work plans, their assigned duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority; consults with staff on issues relative to clients.  \n● Identify staff training needs and ensure development and implementation of programs that address needs; participates in delivering training sessions to meet the needs of staff related to clinical/program needs.  \n● Review clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, etc. ) focused on identification of client strengths and impairments.
