On August 23, 2018, Plaintiffs filed an Amended Complaint. The pleadings similarly alleged a scheme to make online usurious payday loans. Copies of the Complaints are included on the enclosed CD as Exhibits 01b and 01c.\nOn September 11, 2018, Plaintiff Richrd Smith, as an individual and as a class representative, filed a Complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, Portland Division. On January 17, 2020, and July 18, 2022, the Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint and Second Amended Complaint, respectively. These pleadings similarly alleged a scheme to make online usurious payday loans.
