Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment. Stock all wares and equipment need for service.  \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  \nPreparation  \n• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization all service areas in accordance to departmental procedures.  \n• Replenish wares in wait station throughout shift.  \n• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of assigned tables.  \n• Complete all assigned opening side duties.  \n• Clean coffee machine and other beverage equipment as assigned to the established standards.  \n• Complete all assigned closing side duties.  \n• Follow the maintenance program and cleaning schedule as assigned.  \n• Attend all bar/market staff meetings as scheduled.  \n• Report any damages, maintenance problems or safety hazards to the supervisor.  \nBus  \n• Clean and reset tables immediately after guest departs in accordance with departmental procedures.  \n• Remove and transport soiled wares from tables to the dishwashing area as assigned.  \nSeparate soiled wares and food according to procedures.  \n• Handle all wares carefully to prevent breakage and loss while adhering to safety practicesand procedures.  \n• Adhere to break compliance policy.  \nCustomer Service  \n• Serve non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with departmental specifications.  \n• Place additional wares on tables as directed.  \n• Refill non-alcoholic beverages according to procedures.  \n• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever the time of day.  \n• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.  \n• Be familiar with all market services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquires accurately.  \n• Handle guest complaints following the five step procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.  \nRequired Knowledge Base  \n• Table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set-ups.  \n• Correct maintenance and use of equipment.
