VAT No. 731 304476.  \nKey tasks and responsibilities  \n1. Manage the provision and continual development of a high quality, reliable, cost effective and efficient business systems environment. This is a hands-on technical role, supported by 3rd party suppliers.  \n2. Plan and deliver business system change projects in a structured way, ensuring appropriate project governance and risk management.  \n3. The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:  \n􀁸 Managing and maintaining business systems: CRM, Finance, HR etc.  \n􀁸 Managing and implementing changes including testing  \n􀁸 Business system / database administration e.g. licencing, starters/leavers, backup/restore, data extract/transfer routines  \n􀁸 Managing and maintaining integration processes  \n􀁸 Trouble-shooting and resolving issues  \n􀁸 Developing reporting  \n􀁸 Providing training, guidance and documentation  \n4.
