This role will require a strong SQL and database knowledge to be responsible for standardized and ad hock reporting, data analysis, technical issue resolution, requirements gathering, data warehouse development, data manipulation and normalization, ETL package creation, integration and synching of systems, EDI, and overall business system administration and maintenance.  \nThis role will have additional responsibilities for end user support and training on corporate business systems, IT service requests, and desktop support.  \nEssential Functions:  \n• Apply in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2014+ through coding, queries, troubleshooting, performance tuning, views and indexing techniques.  \n• Utilize Office 365 applications, with specific expertise in Excel and Power BI development.  \n• Retrieving data from various database platforms, web service APIs, flat files, ODBC connections. Design and deploy data table structures, queries, and SSRS reports from this data.  \n• Design, develop, test and deploy SSIS packages.  \n• Data Modeling understanding of normalization, transactional vs. reporting driven design, data warehousing concepts and ETL.
