The Association covers 300 acres and contains seven parks and more than 30 common buildings, all of which are maintained throughout the season by the in-house buildings and grounds crew. The Buildings and Grounds Maintenance reports directly to the Buildings and Grounds Superintendent of the Bay View Association.\u003Cbr>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS |\n\n• Maintain Association buildings and grounds in top condition to ensure full and productive use of Association facilities.  \n• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting work to maintain Association buildings.  \n• Plan and organize maintenance and repairs performed on buildings. Responsible for maintaining and improving buildings to meet Association standards.  \n• Responsible for building quality control.
