It outlines pre-meeting setup steps such as distributing registration forms and index cards, playing high-energy training room music, and testing Skype with the coach, while ensuring key agents are aware and engaged. During the meeting, it includes a scripted opening exercise using a calculated raise figure, guided sharing questions, promotion of the BOLD Experience, a video component, and registration form completion via Skype. After the meeting, it specifies follow-up enrollment actions, scanning and forwarding forms, and creating a “We’re BOLD” poster.",{"@graph":14,"@context":73},[15,34,56],{"@type":16,"itemListElement":17},"BreadcrumbList",[18,23,27,31],{"item":19,"name":20,"@type":21,"position":22},"https://docshare.wps.com","Home","ListItem",1,{"item":24,"name":25,"@type":21,"position":26},"https://docshare.wps.com/template/","Template",2,{"item":28,"name":29,"@type":21,"position":30},"https://docshare.wps.com/template/presentations/","Presentations",3,{"item":32,"name":10,"@type":21,"position":33},"https://docshare.wps.com/template/bold-team-meeting-template-agenda-and-execution-points/251822/",4,{"url":32,"name":10,"@type":35,"image":36,"author":41,"headline":10,"publisher":44,"fileFormat":47,"inLanguage":8,"description":12,"dateModified":48,"datePublished":49,"encodingFormat":47,"isAccessibleForFree":50,"interactionStatistic":51},"DigitalDocument",{"url":37,"@type":38,"width":39,"height":40},"https://docshare.wps.com/thumbnails/bold-team-meeting-template-agenda-and-execution-points/251822.png","ImageObject",442,249,{"name":42,"@type":43},"Melati","Person",{"url":19,"name":45,"@type":46},"DocShare","Organization","application/pdf","2026-10-19","2026-09-13",true,{"@type":52,"interactionType":53,"userInteractionCount":55},"InteractionCounter",{"@type":54},"ViewAction",9,{"@type":57,"mainEntity":58},"FAQPage",[59,65,69],{"name":60,"@type":61,"acceptedAnswer":62},"What should be done before the meeting starts?","Question",{"text":63,"@type":64},"Distribute a BOLD Registration Form and an index card at every seat, play high-energy music for about 30 minutes, and test the Skype connection with the coach. Suggest a 30 minute playlist so the music is on when the first person walks in the room. \n- Test Skype connection with the coach before the meeting \n- Be sure your ALC and other key agents are aware of the meeting topic, are already signedup for BOLD or prepared to sign-up in the meeting. \n- Ask your ALC and other key agents to be excited when you announce BOLD is coming and supportive during the entire meeting. \nMeeting: \n- Open meeting \n- Write $84,000 very big on a flip chart. And say,“Today is about thinking big! We’re going todo an exercise that will help you do that. So… congratulations you just got a raise! An $84,000 raise. On your index card write down ONE BIG THING you would do right now for you, your family or someone you know with your $84,000 .” ((****This number is figured by multiplying 14 by your average commission per transaction. 14 is the current average contracts per agent during the seven weeks of BOLD. Be sure to figure the correct number foryour market based on the average GCI per transaction. This is not an earnings claim. ****)) \n- Clear this exercise by asking two agents to share what they wrote down. And ask the following questions about what they wrote down. Be sure to ask each question! \no Why is that important to you? \no What will that do for you and your family? \no How would that make you feel? \no You do deserve to make that happen, right? \n- Say… “That’s right! In fact, each of you deserve what you wrote down and we are excited to support you in making that happen. That’s why we’ve decided to bring the BOLD Experience back to town!”((ALC and other key agents should get excited here. )) Be sure you explain how you calculated the amount of their raise. \n- ((Be aware that you may notice some Drunk Monkey’s in the room. That’s totally OK and this meeting will move them forward)) . \n- Let them know that you have several special things planned for today’s Meeting including a panel of agents who’ve taken BOLD, a special Skype Call with our BOLD Coach and an amazing story about how BOLD impacted the life of a KW agent and his family. \n- The panel or Skype Call goes here depending on the schedule of the coach. \n- Play the BOLD Steps video after either the panel or Skype call. Here is the link… \n[http://youtu.be/w54-E2BWeOw](http://youtu.be/w54-E2BWeOw) \n- The panel or Skype Call follows the video. \n- The Coach will ask everyone to fill out the top half of the registration form during the Skype Call. After the GAP Analysis Exercise is complete, the coach will ask those who know they will enroll in the entire experience to fill out the entire form and turn into a staff member. \n- TL should talk about any rebate or scholarship program. Be prepared to help agents focus on possibilities and see the value in the BOLD Experience. Your energy and the energy of your ALC during the meeting is huge. Keep agents moving forward. \nAfter Meeting: \n- Follow-up with everyone who attended to get them enrolled in FSTB and/or Steps 2-7. \n- Scan and forward all registration forms to the BOLD coach. \n- Create a We’re BOLD Poster to display around the office and email out to your agents that shows the pictures of each agent who is enrolled in the entire BOLD Experience and make a big deal out of every time someone enrolls in the entire BOLD Experience. It will drive registrations. \nThis Team Meeting is KEY to building your Market Center’s BOLD opportunity and it will take a full hour.
