Apologies are noted as above.\u003Cbr>AM shared some reflections throughout this year with the Committee. We have tried to retain a focus on the four core aims of the ICS through agenda setting, including improving health outcomes, access health inequalities, value for money.\u003Cbr>It is recognised there had been some good pieces of work that have contributed to this, and AM wanted to thank everyone for their input through the year.\u003Cbr>The second reflection was regarding the whole staff ICB event in December 2024. AM noted that non-executive committee chairs were asked to commend a piece of work through the year for recognition. The areas commended were the Charlotte Keel reprocurement process and the Supplementary Services Review , which was recognised by PCC.
