Enterprise Services intends to use the RFP to establish and award a statewide Master Contract for Audio-Visual (AV) Solutions. The Contract scope will include solutions ranging from general AV equipment, to installation services, building paging, AV control panels, AV room design/consultation, ongoing AV support services, AV management services, governmental function related audio recording, induction loop hearing systems and other AV related accessibility solutions.  \nThis RFP is divided into four (4) sections:  \n􀂃  Section 1 provides a summary table of relevant deadlines for responding to the RFP and identifies contact information for the RFP Procurement Coordinator.  \n􀂃  Section 2 provides important information about the procurement.  \n􀂃  Section 3 identifies how to prepare and submit a bid for this RFP, including detailed instructions regarding what to submit and how to submit your bid.  \n􀂃  Section 4 identifies how Enterprise Services will evaluate the bids.  \nIn addition, this RFP includes the following Exhibits:  \n􀂃  Exhibit A-1 – Bidder Certifications: This exhibit identifies the information that bidders must provide to Enterprise Services to constitute a responsive bid. Enterprise Services has statewide responsibility to develop ‘master contracts’ for goods and services. A Master Contract is a contract for specific goods and/or services that is solicited and established by Enterprise Services on behalf of and for general use by specified ’purchasers’(see below) . Typically, purchasers use our Master Contracts through a purchase order or similar document.  \nMASTER CONTRACT USERS – PURCHASERS.
