Additionally what is the ATFs specific plan to handle the overnight increase in the potential Form 1 filings related to this rule change? Will an individual who currently owns one of these pistols that scores more than 4 points in the criteria of the new rule have a grace period that reflects the ATFs projected delays for obtaining the required SBR tax stamp required if this rule passes? Will the ATF have access to individuals medical records without their consent in an effort to determine if a stabilizing brace is required? To the best of my knowledge the AR Pistol worksheet does not make any negative point adjustments for disabled individuals whom the AR Pistol brace was specifically designed to help. Not only are these braces beneficial for disabled individuals, they are also great aids for the weak and elderly that wish to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights to defend themselves and their families.  \nIn closing, I would like to ask if the true intent of this rule change is to force NFA gun registration and associated taxes upon disabled, elderly, and otherwise law abiding citizens? I would be interested to see the statistics that demonstrate that any form ofAR Pistols were used in the commission of any crime by disabled or elderly citizens.
