(“Respondent”) engaged in activity in violation of the New York Correction Law §§ 752- 53, New York Executive Law §§ 296(15-16), and the New York City Fair Chance Act (New York City Local Law No. 63 [2015]) and whether a civil proceeding or action for any such violation should be instituted against Respondent pursuant to New York Executive Law § 63(12) .  \nThis Assurance of Discontinuance (“AOD”) contains the findings of the OAG’s investigation and the relief agreed to by the OAG and the Respondent.
