Here are the updates we have made since last month: \no Updated the videos page – we’ve teased out “themes” and uploaded new recordings. \no Updates the to committee pages (under “Mission”) : We added more activities to the membership and marketing page \no We changed the dropdown “CSLAP” under water quality, as feedback said this was confusing to members. I don’t disagree! That page is now described as “in-lake monitoring” and we have added info on the FLCC / Council monthly sampling program. \nOther Admin support: \nMembership Drive: \n• With Lindsey Ayers on maternity leave, a big portion of my time in the month of December was spent on administrative membership drive tasks: \no Checking mail 2 x per week \no Entering donation information in to our software program, doing bank deposits \no Issuing receipts and thank yous \no Mailing our new member packages, gift memberships, making personal connection with new members \n2021 Calendar Sales: \nThis year’s program was a great success! We sold 73 calendars and raised $1060.00 to help offset some of the cost for the calendars that we gave to our top donors and volunteers. We mailed out the calendars this year to avoid me having to have many people in and out of the office to purchase. \nSupport Letters: \n• Worked with Adam Effler of the Owasco Lake Watershed Management Council to draft a letter to the Governor in support of the efforts to move the Owasco Watershed Rules and Regulations forward. This came about via a request from Owasco Lake Management Council to Finger Lakes partner groups. \n• Worked with Lynn, Neil, Wade, Ted and Susan to send CLWA public comment letter on the Bristol Harbor Sewage Corp request discussed at the November board meeting. \nEducation Program: \n• Staying in touch with Beth Altemus to keep abreast of their activities. Despite the pandemic, they have been able to adapt some of their lessons for a zoom format. They did a program at Marcus Whitman in December and have 22 zoom lessons scheduled for Canandaigua Students for the first two weeks in January! \n• Lindsey Ayers joined back with the program this week after her maternity leave. \n• Scheduled for later this month: 5th grade Marcus Whitman zoom classes. \nOther General office support: \n• Reviewing bills and invoices and sending electronically to Treasurer \n• Managing our PayPal account transfers \n• Worked with our insurance company to get Lindsey Ayers set up for Short Term Disability and Paid Family Medical Leave while she is on maternity leave \n• Responding to member inquiries and requests \nPROJECTS \nPartnership with Ontario County Soil and Water Conservation District \n• Working with Alaina Robarge on a short video to highlight partnership activities and monitoring efforts \no Met with Patty Thompson and Alaina Robarge at Fallbrook Park in November to interview Patty Thompson about partnership projects to protect water quality \no We are hoping to also highlight the HABs program – interview with Sally to talk about citizen science programs \nLake Friendly Lawn Care Program/ Outreach \n• We will be working with several area Finger Lakes Associations for a Lake Friendly Living Week in early May – planning a series of events, talks, joint media activities. \n• Working with a new partner at the Chautauqua Lake Conservancy about the possibility of cohosting events for lawn care and landscape professionals-a continuation of last yea","cbCaicRMUXbwVyuq","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaicRMUXbwVyuq","pdf",153039,"English","# Administrative Support\n## Communications and Social Media\n## Email Blasts and Website Updates\n## Other Administrative Support\n# Projects\n## Partnership and Monitoring Activities\n## Education Program and Outreach\n## AIS / Watercraft Stewards\n# Fundraising and Member Development","[{\"question\":\"What social media and email communications were completed in December?\",\"answer\":\"December included 8 Facebook updates and 4 Instagram posts.
