CALL TO ORDER – 5:00 PM  \nII. ROLL CALL  \na. 8 President Cabinet members were present.  \nb. Absent: Director Grima and Director Job.  \nc. Also present: Dr. Matt Daily, Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students.  \nIII. President, Neelam Mishra – President Mishra shared that this coming Wednesday, the Pi Celebration event will take place from 12 to 2 PM. She is also introducing a joint resolution with other universities tonight that senators will vote on; it’s an initiative for the Idaho Launch. Additionally, President Mishra will begin working on the End-of-Year Report, so please send her details about the projects you've worked on so that she can include them.  \nIV. Vice President, Jennifer Vidales – Vice President Vidales confirmed that the spirit pack has officially been ordered, and everything went through today. Additionally, it was noted that we had been using the wrong logo due to a lack of access to the correct one. She shared the new logo in the Google Chat.  \nV. Vice President of Idaho Falls – Vice President position vacant.  \nVI. Vice President of Meridian, Tanner Tracy – Vice President Tracy is working with the SAB board this week to figure out the setup for the Lunch with ASISU event on March 19th. They are experimenting with different setup ideas to maximize interaction.  \nVII. SAB Representative-Programmer, Andrea Alpha – Programmer Alpha absent  \nVIII. Pro Temp-Senate Pro Tempore, Emily Ramani – Senator Ramani shared that she has completed the email template for senators and will pass it on to them later tonight.  \nIX. Secretary, Eliana Madison – Secretary Madison informed members that their March timecards and checklists are due by Thursday, March 20th, at 5 PM. She also mentioned that deductions were sent outlast week and encouraged members to reach out if they had any questions. Additionally, she will be sending out an RSVP Google Form to all members in the coming weeks. She will notify everyone once it’s sent out and provide a deadline for your responses.  \nX. Director of Finance, Zachary Grima – Director Grima absent.  \nXI. Director of Public Relations, Sofia Peach – Director Peach shared that the survey working with the Bengal newspaper to report on the book bundle survey, which has received only 50 responses so far. She will pass this information on at the upcoming Faculty Senate meeting. Additionally, there has been ideas of a  \nLaptop Loaner Program being developed to ensure students continue to have access to the necessary technology for their classes. She also shared that last week she tabled with Director Job for the student survey.  \nXII. Director of Community Relations, Kara Price – Director Price nothing to report.  \nXIII. Director of Academic Affairs – Director of Academic Affairs position vacant  \nXIV. Director of Student Affairs, Austin Job – Director Job posted the updated student survey link to ASISU social media to get more responses. A total of 48 posters have been printed, and these will be distributed around campus. The survey was tabled last week. Director Job is also in talks with the Wellness Center about the sleep event they hosted last semester and is working to develop another event, which may include posters, A-frames, and possibly a speaker. Additionally, the closing date for the survey will be changed.  \nXV. Election Commissioner, Kyle Price – Commissioner Price shared that last Thursday’s executive debate went well. Currently, the commission is planning a week of giveaways to spark interest in the election, encouraging students to share information about their stories. A list of prizes for Monday through Friday is being compiled.  \nXVI.
