This includes CSV files, data hosted on the web, GeoRSS and GeoJSON. Choose what type of layer you want your data to appear as. \nSearch for and add already-created layers to your map. Allows you to add layers from your own content, your organization, and the Living Atlas. View layer properties and toggle existing layers to visible or invisible. \nSearch for and add data tables to your map from your content, organization, and the Living Atlas. \nChange the Basemap of your map. There are several default options. You can also choose from the Living Atlas. \nAdd and configure charts to your map. \nView your map's legend. This includes legend data from all existing layers. \nAdd bookmarks to your map to zoom in on specific areas or isolate layers of interest. This feature is useful for producing StoryMaps or Presentations. \nSave your map, open a different map, or create a new map. \nEdit general settings, including: Enabling a background color, preserving map scale on zoom, change time settings. \nMake changes to your map's viewing and editing permissions. \nChoose one of ArcGIS's presentational apps to provide a focused experience using your map. \nPrint a static view of your map or create still image as a PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc. \nRight-Hand Menu Tools \nView information about source layers, and edit symbology, layer transparency and your map's overall visible range \nChange how your data appears on the map. This includes style attributes like sizing of data points, variations in size and color by density, and much more. \nAdd a filter to your map. Filters highlight features that matter to you. Features not matching the query appear in a dimmed style until the filter is saved. \nUse effects like glows, shadows and blurs to highlight layers or features for an eye-catching map. \nGiven a set of point features, the Cluster Analysis tool identifies spatial clusters and labels each cluster with the number of incidents it contains. \nCreate pop-ups to bring focus to certain attributes associated with each layer in the map. Pop-ups can contain attachments, images, charts, and text, and links. \nConfigure the field or fields you want to display by changing the display name and formatting the display properties. \nControl the settings for labels on your map. \nAdd and configure charts to your map. \nCreate features like stamps, lines and polygons to symbolize something you want to show on the map, add descriptive information through text. \nBasic navigational tools for exploring your map, such as the search tool, coordinate locator, and measurement tool.","cbCailPlONyG8QN7","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCailPlONyG8QN7","pdf",5249470,"English","# Left-Hand Menu Tools\n## Upload, search, and organize layers\n## Basemap, charts, legend, bookmarks, and map management\n## Settings, permissions, and presentation apps\n## Print and export\n# Right-Hand Menu Tools\n## Layer info, symbology, transparency, and visible range\n## Styling, filters, effects, and cluster analysis\n## Pop-ups, fields and labels, charts, and feature creation\n## Navigation, search, coordinates, and measurement","[{\"question\":\"What can I do with the left-hand menu tools in ArcGIS Map Viewer?\",\"answer\":\"You can upload and search for layers and data tables, change basemaps, add charts and bookmarks, manage saving/opening maps, adjust general settings and time settings, and control viewing and editing permissions.\"},{\"question\":\"How do right-hand menu tools help refine a map’s appearance?\",\"answer\":\"They let you adjust layer symbology and transparency, set visible ranges, change how data is displayed, apply filters, and add effects like glows, shadows, and blurs.\"},{\"question\":\"What interactive and navigation tools are included in this cheat sheet?\",\"answer\":\"It describes creating pop-ups for attributes and attachments, configuring fields and labels, generating charts, and using basic navigation tools such as search, coordinate locator, and measurement for exploration.\"}]","ARCGIS CHEAT-SHEET - A Quick Guide to the tools in ArcGIS Map Viewer - Quick reference | PDF",1791938206]
