The APS 90 day plan template incorporates aspects of the UIP, district strategic plan goals and academic achievement targets set at the district level. This tool was designed to integrate all aspects of the work and show alignment between what schools are currently doing and how school based work \nrolls up to district level outcomes. \nGuidelines \nSchool leaders along with their leadership team are asked to complete three 90 day plans throughout the year. All school leaders are asked to use this common tool to define school based actions steps. All action steps should be aligned to one of the the three goals identified in the district strategic plan. APS recognizes that these plans may evolve and change over the course of the school year. As adjustments are made at the school level, leaders are asked to update their plans to reflect the current state of the work. Learning Community Directors will use these plan as foundational tool for engaging in school level conversations and for identifying the schools' needs for central level support. This tool replaces the need to enter data in multiple systems. Leaders will no longer be asked to enter information into Estatus. The information in these plans will be used to update Estatus at a central level and reports will be designed to inform the Board of Education of progress toward district wide goals. In addition, the 90 day plans will be attached to the action planning section of the UIP. Leaders will not need copy and paste this information \ninto the action planning section. \n\n| | | | | | |\n| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |\n| The 90-Day Plan serves as a road map that provides clarity to specific priorities and actions that are most important during the next 90 days.
