DEFINITIONS  \nA.1 Definitions  \nA.1.1 Capitalized terms used in this document have the meanings given in the Request for Proposals, General Conditions or as below. Where applicable, their plurals have corresponding meanings.  \n(1) “Area” means the physical area of the Facility that is designated with a specific Area Code.  \n(2) “Area Code” has the meaning indicated in Appendix H-WWD Identification Standard.  \n(3) “Area Manual” has the meaning indicated in Section E.7.1.  \n(4) “Asset” has the meaning indicated in Appendix L – Asset Registry Guideline.  \n(5) “Asset Criticality” has the meaning indicated in Appendix L – Asset Registry Guideline.  \n(6) “Asset Identifier” or “Equipment Identifier” means the unique identifier assigned to each piece of equipment, consistent with Appendix H-WWD Identification Standard.  \n(7) “Asset O&M Information” has the meaning indicated in Section C.1  \n(8) “Asset Data” has the meaning indicated in Appendix L – Asset Registry Guideline .  \n(9) “Asset Description” has the meaning indicated in Appendix L – Asset Registry Guideline.  \n(10) “Asset Hierarchy” has the meaning indicated in Appendix L – Asset Registry Guideline.  \n(11) “CCTV” means Closed-Circuit Television.  \n(12) “Component” has the meaning indicated in Appendix L – Asset Registry Guideline.  \n(13) “Drawing Manual” has the meaning indicated in Section G.1.1  \n(14) “Failure Mode and Effects Criticality Analysis” has the meaning indicated in Section C.5.1.  \n(15) “Maintenance Benchmark Work Order” has the meaning indicated in Section Error! Reference source not found..  \n(16) “Maintenance Manual” has the meaning indicated in Section C.1.  \nWater & Waste Department CentrePort South Phase 1A  \nOperation and Maintenance Information Version 4.0  \nRFP 122-2023 Appendix M Page 3 of 37  \n(17) “Operation and Maintenance Information” or “O&M Information”, has the meaning indicated in Section B.1.1.  \n(18) “Operation and Maintenance Manuals” or “O&M Manuals” mean the set of Manuals identified in B.1.3(d) that provide City staff with the information required to operate and maintain the Project.  \n(19) “OWAM” means Oracle Work and Asset Management.  \n(20) “PCS” means Process Control System.  \n(21) “PDF” means portable document format.  \n(22) “PPE” means personal protective equipment.  \n(23) “P&ID” means process and instrumentation diagram.  \n(24) “Safety Data Sheet” or SDS means a summary document that provides information about the hazards of a product and advice about safety precautions in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) .  \n(25) “Safe Work Procedure”, or SWP, means a written, specific step by step description of how to complete a job safely from start to finish.  \n(26) “Simplified P&IDs” means process and instrumentation diagrams that are simplified to eliminate extraneous information not generally of relevance to City operations personnel, prepared in accordance with Section E.11.  \n(27) “Standard Operating Procedure”, or SOP, means a written set of a set of stepby-step instructions compiled to complete task a task in accordance with design and facility requirements. The SOPs provide standardized documented guidance to operators for undertaking key operational and maintenance procedures.  \n(28) “Training Material” has the meaning set out in Appendix N – Training Requirements.  \nSECTION B. O&M INFORMATION  \nB.1 Content Overview  \nB.1.1 The Consultant shall provide a complete set of information (the “Operation and Maintenance Information” or “O&M Information”) in accordance with this Appendix to furnish City staff with all the information required to operate and maintain the Project.
