List of included components configured in the ‘inner limit’. Outer limit pay components will not be included in the reconciliation process. \nTo find this information, go to \nReports > View Reports > select Timesheet Reports category > select view beside report ID 560 – Timecard – Annualised Salary (Included) \nThis report will provide a detailed list of each component included in your Award setup, per employee. \n2. ConnX Timecard data entered, submitted and approved. \n3. Payrolls run and completed for the period in question (nominally 1 March 2021 to \n28 February 2022) \n4. List of all effected Annualised Salary employees, including employee codes. \nConnX Procedure: \n1. Go to Reports > View Reports > select Timesheet Reports category > select view beside report ID 559 – Timecard Annualised Salary Cost Summary (Included) \n2. Enter the date range that you want to retrieve the Award calculated data for. \nPlease note: \n• The date range used will select any transactions that fall between these dates. \n• To cover the 12 months since Annualised Salary recording began, you will need the first day of the first pay period starting in March 2021, and the last day of the last pay falling in February 2022. \n3. Set any other required filters. \nThis report is designed to calculate a large amount of information and processing time before populating may vary. Should your organisation have a large number of Annualised Salary employees completing timecards, we recommend running this report in batches, either by department or date range, to reduce the processing time. \nSelect Show Report \nThis report will give you the total amount that has been calculated for each employee (based on their timecard clockings), at the award rate, and the award rules configured in your system, as detailed in the Before you Begin section, item 1. \n4. Export the report to ‘ Excel Data-Only’ and save. \n5. Open the report in Microsoft Excel, you will need to remove the headings and all other data so that you are left with the Employee Code in column A and the Total Amount in column B. Save the amended report as your ConnX data. \nSage MicrOpay Procedure: \nIn Sage MicrOpay, you will need to use the Employee Enquiry screen to generate areport showing the amounts per employee over the selected date range includingthe same components applied in the ConnX inner limit configuration. \n1. Go to Sage MicrOpay > Payroll > Enquiries > Employee Enquiries \n• Incheck ‘Single Employees’ \n• Select the first employee from the ‘From Employee’ list and the last employee from the ‘To Employee’ list \n• Enter the ‘From’ and ‘To’ date range \nPlease note: \n• All transactions occurring between these dates will be returned. \n• Please use the same dates as used in the ConnX Timecard report. \n• This extract will include all employees (including terminated) \n2.
