LEGAL CUSTODY\nThe Parents hereby indicate and agree upon the following arrangement regarding the legal custody of the minor child(ren): (Check one that applies)\n\u0003☐\u0004 Parent A shall have sole legal custody and shall have the exclusive authority to make all major decisions regarding the child(ren)’s upbringing.\n\u0003☐\u0004 Parent B shall have sole legal custody and shall have the exclusive authority to make all major decisions regarding the child(ren)’s upbringing.\n\u0003☐\u0004 The Parents shall share joint legal custody. Each Parent shall have equal rights and responsibilities in making major decisions regarding the child(ren)'s upbringing.
