This position will lead metabolic and regenerative health care and provide clinical oversight (Good Faith Exams [GFEs]) for our nurse Injectors and Laser Experts, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. This role also serves as a clinical leaderproviding expertise, guidance, and partnership across the wellness, aesthetic, and surgical teams, without formal management responsibilities. Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration within a people-centered practice. This role also requires comfort with recommending services and products through education-based consultation, consistent with a medical aesthetics environment.  \nFocus Areas & Growth Opportunities:  \nWe are seeking a motivated and experienced APP that will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our wellness and anti-aging offerings. This role combines advanced clinical expertise in Hormone Optimization Therapy and Medical Weight Management, along with knowledge in Aesthetic Medicine. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging contemporary techniques to optimize patient health, well-being, performance, and post-surgical recovery. Focus areas for this role include:  \n● Hormone Optimization: Manage the existing Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy ( BHRT) program for both men and women.  \n● Medical Weight Management: Initiate, lead and scale our Medical Weight Loss Program, including prescribing and managing GLP-1 agonists, implementing nutritional protocols, and utilizing body composition analysis.  \n● Peptide Therapy: Consult, educate, and manage patients on various therapeutic peptides for anti-aging, recovery, sleep, performance, and perioperative healing.  \n● Advanced Diagnostics: Order and interpret advanced lab panels, including comprehensive thyroid, inflammatory markers, gut health, and biological age testing.  \n● Peri-Operative Wellness: Develop and manage customized pre-and post-operative protocols for surgical patients to minimize downtime, reduce inflammation, and optimize scarring/healing.  \n● Aesthetic Oversight & Good Faith Exams (GFEs): Conduct initial patient consultations and perform required GFEs for all aesthetic medical treatments (e.g. , neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and high-intensity lasers) as required by state regulatory guidelines.
