Do we know what type of glass is existing? | The following is a link to the Existing building drawings: DOWNLOAD The plans show PPG Solarban 70 was specified. Contractor will need to verify what’s installed prior to ordering. |\n| A2 . | A100 – what is being asked for on the exterior door where the restroom is? Says to be “locked shut anda new wall gets frames in front of it. Does it need any kind of air moisture barrier between the wall and door? | We have updated sheet A100 to indicate the vapor barrier. |\n| A3 . | A101-What is the wall type and height at weigh rooms 102, 103 & 104? The reflected ceiling plans show IMP ceilings, but only painted drywall walls? | See the updated sheet A101 |\n| A4 . | A101-There are several rooms that the wall height is called out 6” above finished ceiling, but the ceiling is specified as “open to deck” Please clarify wall heights in these rooms. Should they go to deck? Ex. Sampling 141, Maintenance 145, Utility 146, etc. | See updated sheet A101 |\n| A5 . | A101-Rooms 141, 145, 146, 101, 106 wall type says +6\" AC, but there's no ceiling in these rooms. Do we have make and models of the equipment so we know what is involved in installation? You are asking we install the blenders. What is involved with that installation? We don’t see any structure for the blenders. Do they need any steel? Do they need a thickened or reinforced slab? | Sensapure will provide a list of equipment that is purchased or will be purchased. Based upon given information, as long as the base plates for the equipment are Minimum 12” x 12” no footings are required. The existing slab is sufficient. |\n| A10 . | A411 – Shows stainless steel stringers and stainless treads. Is it stainless, galvanized or painted steel? If Painted is it epoxy? | The equipment mezz. There is no drawing S710 | Typo has been fixed on sheet A521 |\n| A13 . | A521/Structural Roof Drawing – We usually see an overlay from structural to have a roof plan that incorporates structural details for all mechanical units that go on the roof and what steel supports it may or may not need. Has this been done? Sheet M1 .4 shows RTU’s, ERV’s, EF’s, Dust Collector Units, and Mini Splits. Which ones need steel supports? Do we have dimensions for both locations and opening sizes or are you relying on us to coordinate that with our steel and HVAC subcontractor? | Unfortunately structural has not been able to evaluate the joists yet.
