In the Account Statement Format drop-down menu, select tm5 Standard 27. \nThe import function processes files in standard text formats: \n• ASCII \n• Unicode \nFormat Rules \nThe file may not contain any headers or format descriptions. \nEach row in the file contains exactly one data set: \n• ASCII Code 13: carriage return denotes the end of a data set. \n• ASCII Code 10: new-line denotes the end of a data set. \n• The last data set concludes by an end-of-file (EOF) . \nIn the table above, the value for “char” denotes how many characters is the maximum length for that field in the imported file. \nDays and months are always 2-digit values, whereas years are 4 digits. The Enter Account Statements page allows you to define other format variables for the file: \n• Field Separator – semicolon (;), comma (,) \n• Date Separator – slash (/), period ( . ), comma (,), \u003C none > \n• Date Sequence – mdy, dmy, ymd \n• Decimal Marker – period ( . ), comma (,) \n• File Format – ASCII, Unicode \nExample Data Sets \nEmpty fields are only marked by field separators. The sample dataset below contains empty fields. \nDEUTESBB/001046581;023/01;01/14/2009;10500.40;01/15/2009;12700.00; \n01/14/2009;01/14/2009;EUR;2000.00;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; \n[www.coupa.com](www.coupa.com) \n[www.coupa.com](www.coupa.com)","cbCaicudjs7kqsss","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaicudjs7kqsss","pdf",124718,"English","# Account Statement Import - CSV Format - Standard 27\n## Format Description and Field Definitions\n## Import Function and Selection\n## Format Rules and Dataset Delimiters\n## Field Separators and Date/Decimal Settings\n## Example Data Sets","[{\"question\":\"Where is the account statement import function located and how is the format selected?\",\"answer\":\"Use Treasury \\u003e Cash Management \\u003e Enter Account Statements.
