The Contractor shall furnish to the District for a total price of Two Hundred Forty Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty Six Dollars ($244,156.00) (“Contract Price”), the following services (“Services” or “Work”):  \n􀁸 Preventative Quarterly Maintenance of all Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Systems at the Laney College Campus as detailed in Exhibit“A.”  \n2. Contractor shall perform the Work at the Laney College Campus located at 900 Fallon Street, Oakland, CA 94607(“Site”) .  \n3. All Services shall be diligently performed by Contractor as required or requested by District. This Contract shall become effective on the Effective Date and shall remain effective, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Contract, for an initial three (3) (“Term”) .  \n4. This Contract incorporates by this reference the Terms and Conditions attached hereto. The Design Professional In General Responsible Charge for the Project is N/A (“Architect”), the construction manager on the Project is Kitchell CEM (“Construction Manager”), and the project inspector on the Project is N/A (“Project Inspector”) .
