Includes sections for contact details, a structured collaboration description, committed resources, and proposed deliverables with timeframes. The proposal outlines Accelleran’s portable, robust LTE 4G eNB software, integrated across multiple vendor small-cell platforms, and the plan to port the eNB solution into CORD to enable a resilient vRAN implementation. It also describes resource allocation, PoC delivery goals by Q4 2017, and expected support for end-to-end network slicing and 5G Cities R&D.",{"@graph":14,"@context":73},[15,34,56],{"@type":16,"itemListElement":17},"BreadcrumbList",[18,23,27,31],{"item":19,"name":20,"@type":21,"position":22},"https://docshare.wps.com","Home","ListItem",1,{"item":24,"name":25,"@type":21,"position":26},"https://docshare.wps.com/template/","Template",2,{"item":28,"name":29,"@type":21,"position":30},"https://docshare.wps.com/template/letters/","Letters",3,{"item":32,"name":10,"@type":21,"position":33},"https://docshare.wps.com/template/accelleran-cord-collaborator-proposal-collaborative-agreement-template/283208/",4,{"url":32,"name":10,"@type":35,"image":36,"author":41,"headline":10,"publisher":44,"fileFormat":47,"inLanguage":8,"description":12,"dateModified":48,"datePublished":49,"encodingFormat":47,"isAccessibleForFree":50,"interactionStatistic":51},"DigitalDocument",{"url":37,"@type":38,"width":39,"height":40},"https://docshare.wps.com/thumbnails/accelleran-cord-collaborator-proposal-collaborative-agreement-template/283208.png","ImageObject",442,249,{"name":42,"@type":43},"Oliver","Person",{"url":19,"name":45,"@type":46},"DocShare","Organization","application/pdf","2026-10-21","2026-09-16",true,{"@type":52,"interactionType":53,"userInteractionCount":55},"InteractionCounter",{"@type":54},"ViewAction",12,{"@type":57,"mainEntity":58},"FAQPage",[59,65,69],{"name":60,"@type":61,"acceptedAnswer":62},"What is the purpose of this collaborative agreement template?","Question",{"text":63,"@type":64},"It provides a template to exchange information about a proposed collaboration and assessment. It does not create any kind of legal relationship. It is just a template to exchange information. \n1. Contact \na. Primary contact name Dr Trevor Moore \nb. Organization name Accelleran \nc. Email [trevor.moore@accelleran.com](trevor.moore@accelleran.com) \n[d. Phone](d. Phone) ([optional](optional)) \n2. Description – Describe the proposed collaboration in enough detail to be assessed, but no longer than 1 page. It is helpful to see how you envision your contribution furthering the overall project (i.e., in being specific, avoid losing the forest for the trees) . \nAccelleran has developed a highly portable and robust LTE 4G eNB software solution. This solution has been integrated and proven on Small Cell silicon from multiple vendors including Intel Transcede, Broadcom and Cavium Octeon Fusion. We have a work programme for 2017- 2018 to virtualise the software assets and explore distributed vRAN solutions, partly in the context of two significant R&D projects for 5G, one of which is receiving European H2020 research grant funds (5G City), but also as part of our own strategic direction. \nOur current small cell products are in production based on HW platforms from manufacturing partners in Asia – the current solutions are particularly focused on FWA solutions in multiple bands including 3.5GHz and CBRS. \nOur field-proven eNB software is written to safety-critical standards and is architected to be platform and OS independent and is highly decoupled. We propose to offer to port our existing eNB software solution into the CORD architecture in order to enable a robust vRAN implementation. \nThe interest to collaborate on M-CORD is clear and we would anticipate being able to play a role in promoting the M-CORD architecture in the future. \n3. Resources – List the people and other resources to be committed to the collaboration. Highlight any connection(s) to existing collaborators or project community members. \nWe are allocating 2 FTE engineers to 5G research and we expect to increase this to 3 FTE during the course of 2017. We work closely with the wireless team at Cavium, we also have along relationship with the Radisys small cell team and have integrated the Radisys LTE stack. We are in discussion with Argela over collaboration. Our software has been successfully integrated with Quortus EPC and AirHop eSON. \n4. Deliverables and Timeframe – List the proposed deliverables to be provided by the collaboration and the timeframe in which they will be available. Seeing how deliverables fit into the project roadmap is especially helpful. \nWe aim to deliver a first end-to-end PoC implementation of our solution running in an MCORD context by Q4 2017, which will be used as a foundation for a full end-to-end Network Slicing solution for our Flemish project (partners Ericsson/Orange) . We expect that M-CORD technology will also be highly appropriate as the foundation for the 5G Cities European H2020 project in which we are engaged, lead by NEC.","cbCaioiWOzpSPPoD","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaioiWOzpSPPoD","pdf",520220,"English","# Contact\n## Description\n## Resources\n## Deliverables and Timeframe","[{\"question\":\"What is the purpose of this collaborative agreement template?\",\"answer\":\"It provides a template to exchange information about a proposed collaboration and assessment.
