You will continue to receive a paper copy of all your tax statements. \nOn agency accounts (Form 1099), you can now elect to suppress the paper mailing. You can do this from the Paperless Settings page for your eligible accounts. You will continue to receive a paper copy of all other tax statements. \nWhen will my tax statements be available online? \nThe timing of your tax statement delivery generally depends on the types of investments held within each account during the tax year. If your account holds: \n-Mutual Funds and Common Trust Funds – tax statements generally available by the end of February. \n-Master Limited Partnerships and Exchange Traded Funds – tax statements are generally available in late February to March \n-Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMIC); Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS); Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA); Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA); or Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)– tax statements generally available early-to-mid March. \n-Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds issuing 1099s – tax statements are generally available in late March or April. \n-Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds issuing Schedule K-1s – tax statements are generally available in late August or September. \n-Extended returns – tax statements for extended trust returns will be available once the return is completed. You will receive an email notification when your tax documents are available online. \nWhat tax documents will not be available online? \nTax statements from certain accounts will not be available online. These include trusts with a tax year-end other than 12/31 and tax statements that require a manual attachment of additional documentation such as a grantor trust with partnership holdings. Additionally, Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds Schedule k-1s for retirement accounts will not be available online. \nWill corrected or amended tax statements be available online? \nYes. If your original tax statement is available online, any corrected or amended tax statement will also be provided online. These statements will be identified with the word “Updated” in the Statement Type column. You will also receive a paper copy of any corrected or amended tax statements , with the exceptions for corrected 1099s where you have elected to suppress paper mailings. If your Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds tax document is revised, the original tax document will be removed and the revised document will be reuploaded with notification to owner 24 hours of tax doc posting. \nI have a power to withdraw from an irrevocable trust account, how does that affect what I will see online? \nYou may receive two different tax reporting statements to be included on your personal income tax return(s): \n-If you have a power of withdrawal over a trust account, you will receive a grantor type letter representing that power. This document will be identified in the Statement Type as “TAX REPORTING STMT – GRANTOR”. \n-If you are an income beneficiary of the same trust you may also receive a Schedule K-1 (Form 1041) from that trust. For the years that you do receive a Schedule K-1 (Form 1041) representing your interest as a beneficiary, that document will be identified as “TAX REPORTING STMT – Sch K-1” in the Statement Type column. \nFor additional questions related to the online delivery of your tax statements please contact your Advisor. \nBank of America Private Bank is a division of Bank of America, N.A., Member FDIC, and a","cbCaimt1Es4bEO0j","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaimt1Es4bEO0j","pdf",148560,"English","# About the online delivery of my tax statements\n## What tax statements will be available online?\n## When will my tax statements be available online?\n## What tax documents will not be available online?\n## Will corrected or amended tax statements be available online?\n## How does a power to withdraw from an irrevocable trust affect online documents?","[{\"question\":\"What account types make a taxpayer eligible to receive tax statements online?\",\"answer\":\"Tax statements are available online for beneficiaries of an irrevocable trust, grantor-type trust grantors, owners of agency accounts, owners of IRAs, and owners of Alternative Investment products that issue a 1099 or Schedule K-1.\"},{\"question\":\"When are tax statements typically available online, and does timing vary by investment type?\",\"answer\":\"Yes.
