THE JERSEY CARE COMMISSION  \nUnder the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014 (‘the Law’) , all services carrying out any regulated activity must be registered with the Jersey Care Commission (‘the Commission’) .  \nThis inspection was carried out by Regulation 80 of the Regulation of Care (Standards and Requirements) (Jersey) Regulations 2018 to monitor compliance with the laws and Regulations, review and evaluate the effectiveness of the regulated activity, and encourage improvement.  \n2. ABOUT THE SERVICE  \nThis is a report of the inspection of Able Community Care. SUMMARY OF INSPECTION FINDINGS  \n4.1 Progress against areas for improvement identified at the last inspection  \nAt the last inspection , five areas for improvement were identified, and the Registered Provider submitted an improvement plan to the Commission setting out how these areas would be addressed.  \nDuring the inspection, the improvement plan was discussed with the Registered Manager and reviewed by the Regulation Officer.
