Upgraded assets must be made available on a non-exclusive, Open Access basis to telecommunications operators and/or infrastructure providers. This Scheme complements the 4G+ Industry Grant Scheme, which supports operators and infrastructure providers to deploy and upgrade mobile infrastructure.  \nGuidance  \nThis Deployment Plan Template must be completed and submitted as part of the application for the 4G+ Public Sector Asset Improvement Grant Scheme. The completed Deployment Plan will form part of the assessment of readiness, enabling impact, Open Access compliance, deliverability and value for money.
