Introduction \nThis report details how the National Societies of the Action for Migrants: Routes Based Assistance (AMiRA) project can implement a feedback mechanism to gauge the views, opinions and perceptions of their intended target populations. National Societies might already have implemented reactive feedback mechanisms, such as helplines or suggestions boxes, but this mechanism allows the National Societies to proactively and systematically seek feedback from those they are trying to help. The feedback mechanism was originally designed by the British Red Cross using a toolkit Ground Truth Solutions developed in cooperation with the International Federation of the Red Cross. 1 It was later refined and adapted collaboratively with the National Societies in Burkina Faso and Niger. The feedback mechanism constitutes a vital component of the p","cbCailCgKdq5oWx7","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCailCgKdq5oWx7","pdf",690532,"English","# Introduction\n## Purpose and rationale\n## Programme learning questions and log-frame indicators\n# The feedback mechanism\n## Closed feedback loops\n## Core uses of feedback data\n# Adapting the mechanism to your context\n## Contextual alignment\n# Devising your sampling strategy\n## Sampling approach\n# Training your enumerators\n## Enumerator preparation\n# The feedback cycle\n## Collecting and closing the loop\n# Doing the analysis\n## Data analysis approach\n# Turning data into action\n## Using findings for programming\n# What now?
