Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 1 in the space provided on the Signature Form. \nThe above-mentioned RFP is hereby amended and/or supplemented by the following: \nQuestion: Are you able to share the preferred budget range for this project? \nAnswer: A preferred budget range has not been publicly disclosed in the RFP; however, proposals \nshould be scalable with clear justifications for cost, capacity, and deliverables. The GCEDC is open to reviewing various models that align with the scope and complexity of work. \nImportant Note: The Business Plan development process will include 2 or more phases, with the first critical phase (to commence as soon as possible) hyper-focused on the Implementation/Operational Plan (\\#7 of the Economic Development Strategic Plan goal areas) and “Investment”. Other goal areas will be appropriately acknowledged and concisely touched on (particularly “Innovation”) in the first phase, but will be fleshed-out in the next phase(s) . The approach ultimately utilized for Investment should serve as a strong template for how other “goal/mission” areas will likewise be approached. \nQuestion: To confirm, individual plans for each of the goals in the 2022 Economic Development Strategic Plan should capture the components of Business Model Canvas as described? Is there anything else that would be needed in the plans? \nAnswer: Yes, each plan should incorporate key elements from the Business Model Canvas— \nespecially value propositions, key activities, partnerships, customer segments, and revenue streams. In addition, we would value implementation timelines, measurable KPIs, equity/inclusion considerations, and alignment with GVL2040 . \nImportant Note: Refined Business Model Canvases will be considered vital for the Operational Plan (Goal \\#7) which defines the Greenville City Economic Development Corporation and how it effectively fulfills its role as the City’s economic development arm, and for the “Investment” Goal area (which is multi-faceted, covering everything that \ncatalyzes investment and job creation for the City of Greenville) . Business Model Canvases for the other 5 Goal areas can be considered as “preliminary” and subject to change and further refinement in Phase 2. Of all other 5 Goal areas beyond Operational Excellence and Investment,“Innovation” should warrant the most attention in the Business Model Canvas development process, with “Talent” following next in order of prioritization. \nQuestion: Are you looking for anything else for the financial strategy beyond the pro forma financial statement / budget and the fund sources, revenue streams that are identified? \nAnswer: Yes. In addition to the pro forma and funding sources, we are looking for: \n● Potential 501(c)3 or (c)6 compliant revenue-generating business models for consideration and further future exploration (i.e. Private Real Estate LLC that can participate in appropriate transactions that the GCEDC identified, catalyzed, and helped bring to fruition) . These can be created in a concise “strawman” template based on well-founded approaches for consideration. \n● A long-term sustainability model \n● Contingency strategies \n● Capital leverage scenarios (e.g., PPPs, incentive-based returns) \n● Cost-efficiency and value realization projections over 3–10 years \nQuestion: The 2022 strategic plan identifies strategies / strategic initiatives and key actions for each of the goals. Are you seeking to identify new actions not currently listed and/or identify more detailed practical steps within those actions that have been listed, or both? \nAnswer: Bo","cbCaiilG15W4xfkV","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiilG15W4xfkV","pdf",213637,"English","# Addendum Overview\n## Project and RFP References\n## Questions and Answers\n## Key Notes on Phase 1 Deliverables\n## Supporting Materials for Kickoff","[{\"question\":\"What does Addendum Number 1 change about the RFP documents?\",\"answer\":\"Addendum Number 1 forms part of the contract documents and modifies the original solicitation documents dated March 14, 2025.
