The research method employed is qualitative, involving observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Pontianak utilizes a combination of approaches, including establishing clear rules and regulations, providing guidance and counseling, and involving parents in the process. The study also highlights the importance of consistent application of rules and positive reinforcement in fostering a strong sense of discipline among students.
