Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui sentimen masyarakat terkait keamanan data, informasi dan privasi di Indonesia, sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada organisasi terkait penyusunan aturan turunan UU PDP melalui hasil sentimen masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Machine Learning dengan metode klasifikasi menggunakan perbandingan 2 metode yakni: Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, untuk memperoleh tingkat keakuratan yang paling baik berdasarkan hasil prediksi sentimen yang muncul. Ruang lingkuppenelitian yang diambil merupakan cuitan yang dibuat oleh masyarakat Indonesia di twitter ([x.com](x.com)). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Linear Support Vector Machine menjadi model klasifikasi machine learning terbaik dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 92.6% dan AUC 97% . Selain itu, dihasilkan juga beberapa rekomendasi dalam hal penyusunan aturan turunan berupapenguatan sumber daya manusia untuk pelindungan data, serta penyusunan konten strategis untuk meningkatkan edukasi dankepedulian keamanan siber di Indonesia.  \nKata Kunci: Data, Informasi, Machine Learning, UU PDP, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine  \nAbstract: The increasing penetration of internet users in Indonesia, with data on Indonesia's 2023 internet users reaching 213 million, raises new problems for data security, information and privacy in it. while on the other hand, the ratification of the PDP Law in September 2022 has not shown a significant impact on handling data leakage cases or solutions for people who have been harmed. The purpose of this study is to determine public sentiment related to data security, information and privacy in Indonesia so as to provide recommendations to organizations related to the preparation of derivative rules of the PDP Law through the results of public sentiment. This research uses machine learning approach with comparison of 2 methods: Random Forest and Support Vector Machine. The scope of research taken is tweets made by Indonesians on twitter ([x.com](x.com)). The results obtained are Linear Support Vector Machine being the best machine learning classification model with an accuracy rate of 92. 6% andAUC 97%.
