Nilai densitas juga dapat dipakai untuk memperkirakan konsentrasi polimer, sejalan dengan peran interaksi polimer–pelarut pada perilaku aliran dan viskositas. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun hubungan antara densitas larutan porang dan gom xanthan terhadap persentase porang, kandungan polimer, dan salinitas. Fungsi utamanya adalah untuk memastikan konsentrasi polimer dalam larutan. Nilai densitas dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan konsentrasi polimer dalam larutan. Studi tentang aliran dan viskositas larutan polimer jugamemanfaatkan interaksi antara polimer dan pelarut. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan hubungan antara densitas larutanporang dan gom xanthan dengan persentase porang, kandungan polimer, dan salinitas. Model pembelajaran mesin, seperti Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) dan Artificial Neural Network (ANN), digunakanuntuk pemodelan. Pembuatan model pembelajaran mesin ini menggunakan 471 data digital kurva densitas larutan porang, larutan gom xanthan, dan larutan campuran porang-gom xanthan. Prosespelatihan, validasi, dan pengujian model ANN dan ANFIS memberikan koefisien korelasirata-rata masing-masing sebesar 0,99955 dan 0,99999 . Perbandingan antara estimasi model ANN dan ANFIS serta hasil pengukuran 27 larutan porang dan gom xanthan memberikan hasil akurat dengan koefisien korelasi masing-masing sebesar 0,99893 dan 0,99996 .  \nKata kunci : ANN, ANFIS, densitas, porang, xanthan gum  \nAbstract  \nOne physical characteristic that is helpful in comprehending the physical and chemical characteristics of a solution is the density of the polymer solution. Its primary function is to ascertain the polymer's concentration in solution. The density value can be used to estimate the polymer concentration in solution. The study of the flow and viscosity of polymer solutions also makes use of the interaction between the polymer and solvent. This study aims to establish a relationship between the density of porang and xanthan gum solutions and the percentage of porang, polymer content, and salinity. Machine learning models, like the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN), are used for modeling. The creation of these machine learning models used 471 digitized data of density curves of porang solution, xanthan gum solution, and porangxanthan gum mixture solution. The training, validation, and testing processes of the ANNandANFIS models provided average correlation coefficients of 0.99955 and 0.99999, respectively. Comparison between the estimates of the ANNandANFIS models and the measurement results of 27 porang and xanthan gum solutions provided accurate results with correlation coefficients of 0.99893 and 0.99996, respectively.  \nKeywords: ANN, ANFIS, density, porang, xanthan gum  \nI. PENDAHULUAN  \nInjeksi polimer merupakan salah satu metode peningkatan perolehan minyak (Fathaddin, 2006) . Injeksi polimer merupakan langkah penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penyapuan minyak dengan memperbaiki rasio mobilitas antara fluida pendorong dan fluida yang didorong (Agi et al., 2018) . jenis polimer yang digunakan biasanya adalah polimer hidrofilik yang memiliki kemampuan untuk meningkatkan viskositas fluida pendesak sehingga mobilitasnya berkurang dan berakibat berkurangnya fenomena viscous fingering (Lestari et al., 2020) .  \nDalam polymer flooding, ada dua jenis polimer yang dapat digunakan, yaitu polimer sintetis dan polimer alami.
