Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan algoritma terbaik pada otomatisasi seleksi resume lamaran kerja berbasis dataset publik dengan pendekatan Natural Language Processing (NLP) dan Machine Learning (ML). Perbandingan dilakukan terhadap Random Forest, Naive Bayes, dan Logistic Regression, menggunakan empat skenario pembagian dataset.
