\nReimbursement of certain expenses  \n—Amendment  \nNotice is hereby given, in accordance with sections 10 and 11 of the Regulations Act (chapter R-18.1), that the Regulation to amend the Regulation respecting the reimbursement of certain expenses, made by the Société del’assurance automobile du Québec, appearing below, maybe approved by the Government on the expiry of 45 days following this publication.  \nThe draft Regulation changes the rates applicable for the reimbursement by the Société of the expenses incurred by a road accident victim to receive psychological, acupuncture or chiropractic treatments.  \nThe draft Regulation will have a positive impact on road accident victims. The new rates provided for in the draft Regulation take into greater account the reality of the costs associated with those treatments. This Regulation comes into force on the fifteenth day following the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.  \n104611  \n Draft conservation plan   \nNatural Heritage Conservation Act (chapter C-61.01)  \nRéserve de biodiversité projetée d’Anticosti  \n—Temporary protection status  \nNotice is hereby given, in accordance with sections 10 and 11 of the Regulations Act (chapter R-18.1), that the Minister of the Environment and the Fight Against Climate Change intends to assign a temporary protection status as a proposed biodiversity reserve to the territory appearing in the conservation plan established for the Réserve de biodiversité projetée d’Anticosti, appearing below, on the expiry of 45 days following this publication.  \nThe setting aside of the territory, authorized under Order in Council 826-2020 dated 12 August 2020, in accordance with the Natural Heritage Conservation Act, will be for a period of four years.
