Babies were between 24 and 36'6 weeks pregnant at birth and centuries of childbirth were included. The data come mainly from high-income countries. Later , the clutch ranged from 30 to 180 seconds , and most studies gave a delay of 30 to 60 seconds. The early grip was less than 30 seconds and was often immediate. UCM was performed mainly before the umbilical cord was captured , but in some cases the compression was done after the umbilical cord was captured. In the early years of the study , there were no reports of mortality or deterioration of the nervous environment. CSD has little impact on the number of newborns with severe intraventricular hemorrhage ( Hiv 3 and 4) (CRp 0.94; 95% KI: 0.63 to 1.39; ten studies; 2058 newborns , low certainty) ; although this slightly reduces the number of newborns with any degree of Wich (CRp 0.83; 95% KI: 0.70 to 0.99; 15 studies; 2 ,333 newborns , high certainty) . CSD has little or no effect on chronic lung disease (CFD) (CRp 1.04; 95% KI: 0.94 to 1.14; six studies , 1 ,644 newborns , high certainty) . Due to the lack of data , it was not possible to draw conclusions regarding periventricular leukatomalation ( LPV) (CRp 0.58; 95% KI: 0.26 to 1.30; four studies; 1 ,544 newborns; or maternal blood loss of 500 ml or more (CRp 1.14; 95% KI: 0.07 to 17.63; two studies; 180 women; very low certainty) . In subgroups or sensitivity analyses , no significant heterogeneity was found. ( ECC) No , no , no.
