Becoming familiar with the exam  \n● Understand what is required in each of the sections of the exam.  \n● Understand the assessment criteria for written and oral expression.  \n● Understand the assessment framework for all parts of the exam.  \nII. Using exam strategies  \n● Plan time management across the various parts and different components of the exam.  \n● Practice written expression under timed conditions.  \n● Study strategies and tips for each of the exam exercises.  \nIII. Becoming accustomed to the exam  \n● Practice handling and using the computer-based format of the exam.  \n● Complete at least 1 full practice exams available in the Computer Room.  \nPROGRAMME  \nClass time covers the various requirements and guidance on how to complete the skills needed for the TOEFL exam.  \nAs the course progresses, the student will apply these to practical requirements for completing the tasks within the time constraints of the exam for each skill set.  \nThis will make use of the practice tests on the computers, and students will be able to monitor their progress.  \nEach part of the exam will be introduced, analysed and practiced during the first 8 to 10 class sessions in the classroom.
