She laid her clothes out the evening before. She kept her keys on the same hook by the door, her planner open to the right week, her travel mug rinsed and drying on the same square of paper towel she replaced every Sunday. People said she was organized like it was a compliment, and she took it as one, because being ontop of things had never once let her down.  \nSo when her phone lit up at 9:02 on a Saturday morning with a text from Tati that just said GET UP, Wynter was already up. She had been up since seven. She's probably reading the terms and conditions of leaving her house.\" Tati pulled her sunglasses up onto her head, and her whole face softened the way it always did once the performance was over and it was just the two of them. \"So. Today's the day.\"  \nWynter picked up the iced coffee that was clearly hers, the one with no sugar, because Tati knew her even when Tati was being ridiculous. \"Today's the day for what?\"  \n\"You know what.\"  \nShe did know what.
