During the removal process, avoid making any unnecessary cuts. \n• This harness is universal. This means most/all ends are left open to allow you to cut each wire to length and install/make the appropriate connection. The small parts package and the bag kits with terminalsand connectors included with the harness will enable you to make connections. \n• Only printed wires have a 900-series number. These 900-series numbers are used to identify various wires and circuits in the wiring diagrams that are a part of these instructions. \nIf there are unused or unconnected wires, they will need to have their ends terminated with an insulated terminal or electrical tape. Doing so will prevent the wires from shorting and causing harness failure or fire. \nTABLE OF CONTENTS \nPAGE \\# SECTION \n1 INTRODUCTION \n2 CONTENTS \n3 SMALL PARTS \n4 TOOLS NEEDED \n5 TO REMOVE A TERMINAL \n6 INSTALLING FACTORY STYLE TERMINALS \n7 GROUNDS \n8 WHY ARE CLEAN GROUNDS IMPORTANT? \n10 FUSE BLOCK \n10 HORN RELAY \n10 FLASHERS \n11 FUSE IDENTIFICATION \n12 ACCESSORY PORTS \n13 RELAYS & SWITCHES \n15 OLD FACTORY HARNESS REMOVAL \n16 PRE-INSTALLATION GUIDELINES \n19 FUSE BLOCK MOUNTING \n20 ENGINE HARNESS \n21 ENGINE BULKHEAD \n22 BULKHEAD PIN OUT \n23 ENGINE BULKHEAD MOUNTING \n24 BEFORE ROUTING THE ENGINE HARNESS \n25 HARNESS ROUTING \n25 ENGINE HAR","cbCaisQk18lW8e4K","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaisQk18lW8e4K","pdf",11832834,134,"English","# INTRODUCTION\n# CONTENTS\n# SMALL PARTS\n# TOOLS NEEDED\n# TO REMOVE A TERMINAL\n# INSTALLING FACTORY STYLE TERMINALS\n# GROUNDS\n## WHY ARE CLEAN GROUNDS IMPORTANT?\n# FUSE BLOCK\n# HORN RELAY\n# FLASHERS\n# FUSE IDENTIFICATION\n# ACCESSORY PORTS\n# RELAYS & SWITCHES\n# OLD FACTORY HARNESS REMOVAL\n# PRE-INSTALLATION GUIDELINES\n# FUSE BLOCK MOUNTING\n# ENGINE HARNESS\n## ENGINE BULKHEAD\n## BULKHEAD PIN OUT\n# BULKHEAD MOUNTING\n# BEFORE ROUTING THE ENGINE HARNESS\n# HARNESS ROUTING\n# INTERIOR HARNESS\n# FRONT LIGHTING SECTION\n# LEFT / DRIVER SIDE HEADLIGHT\n# LEFT PARK / SIDE MARKER LIGHT\n# LEFT TURN / PARK LIGHT\n# HORN\n# RIGHT TURN / PARK LIGHT & HEADLIGHT\n# GROUND\n# FAN RELAY\n# WIPER MOTOR SECTION\n# WASHER PUMP\n# ENGINE SECTION\n# BRAKE WARN SWITCH\n# COOLANT TEMP SENSOR\n# OIL PRESSURE SENSOR\n# ELECTRIC CHOKE\n# Turbo 400 Transmission\n# COIL / IGN.
