possiblefor Whaley-Eaton Service to issue them,protecting theanonymity of the authors.  \n# WHY SOME AMERICANSDRINK\n\nWhaley-Eaton Pamphlets are intended to supplement theinformation carried in the regular Service Letters.A fea-ture of the Service Letters is their conciaeness,an entire sit-uation often being condensed into a short paragraph thatvisualizes the gravamen of a condition but omits the side-lights.It is clear,in many cases,that more extended treat-ment of subjects will be beneficial.  \nOne of Them Explains to a Scotchman  \nAccordingly,the Pamphlets will hereafter be regularlyissued every two weeks.They will contain,in the main,the Service's own analyses.On occasion,however,theywill be confined entirely to the reproduction of intimate in-formation,prepared elaewhere,but obviously authoritativeand of real value.  \nThe price of the Pamphleta is Five Dollars the year,state-ments to be rendered semi-annually.The price for singlePamphlets is 25 cents the
