The narrative connects imagination with practical engineering fields—civil, aerospace, marine, and nuclear—while introducing playful family presence through “Anaideo,” the grandmother in Assamese. The story blends science-building dreams with wonder, speed, and community benefit through electricity and shared celebration.","When I Grow Up \nAuthor: Priyadarshini Gogoi \nIllustrator: Tarique Aziz \nEnglish Personal Development \nWhen I Grow Up \nWelcome to the Forest (English), written by Bhavna Menon, illustrated by Kavita Singh Kale, published by Pratham Books (© Pratham Books, 2018) under a \nCC BY 4.0 license on StoryWeaver. After that, I will build a very tall tower . And then, I will build the longest road in the world. It will start at my room and go right up to the moon! \nWhen I build these structures, \nI will be a civil engineer . \nI will build engines too . \nSome engines will be in rockets and some will be \nin planes . \nThe plane will take us from country to country and the rocket will fly us all the way to Mars . My Anaideo* will come with me on all my trips! \nWhen I build flying engines, \nI will be an aerospace engineer . \n*Anaideo means grandmother in Assamese. \nI will build a vehicle that travels under the sea . \nIt will be made of steel and aluminium, and it will be very fast. We will swim with the fishes, sharks and whales . \nAnaideo will say,“Slow down, Papori!”But secretly, she will love it too . \nWhen I build my submarine, \nI will be a marine engineer . \nBut I won’t stop at that. I will produce electricity from small particles . One tiny particle will light up our whole village. Anaideo will be so happy that she will throw a big feast! \nWhen I make power like that, I will be a nuclear engineer .","cbCais6LL6lNnl5H","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCais6LL6lNnl5H","pdf",6049812,1,18,"English","en",105,"# When I Grow Up\n## Building bridges, towers, and roads\n## Engineering flying machines and vehicles\n## Ocean travel and electricity for the village\n## Reaching the nuclear engineer dream","[{\"question\":\"What does the narrator want to build when growing up?\",\"answer\":\"The narrator promises to build many things, including a bridge, a tall tower, and the longest road in the world.
