It covers compassion and the challenge of supporting others without neglecting the self, peace and the need to protect quiet within, love as a guiding force, gratitude as openness to others, and happiness as a non-permanent state guided by listening to the heart. It further discusses contentment, abundance, confidence, kindness, and calmness, connecting inner emotional skills to daily practice.",{"@graph":14,"@context":72},[15,34,55],{"@type":16,"itemListElement":17},"BreadcrumbList",[18,23,27,31],{"item":19,"name":20,"@type":21,"position":22},"https://docshare.wps.com","Home","ListItem",1,{"item":24,"name":25,"@type":21,"position":26},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/","Document",2,{"item":28,"name":29,"@type":21,"position":30},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/lifestyle/","Lifestyle",3,{"item":32,"name":10,"@type":21,"position":33},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/whats-on-my-heart-read-online-free/661192/",4,{"url":32,"name":10,"@type":35,"image":36,"author":41,"headline":10,"publisher":44,"fileFormat":47,"inLanguage":8,"description":12,"dateModified":48,"datePublished":49,"encodingFormat":47,"isAccessibleForFree":50,"interactionStatistic":51},"DigitalDocument",{"url":37,"@type":38,"width":39,"height":40},"https://docshare.wps.com/thumbnails/whats-on-my-heart-read-online-free/661192.png","ImageObject",300,407,{"name":42,"@type":43},"8796093062539","Person",{"url":19,"name":45,"@type":46},"DocShare","Organization","application/pdf","2026-10-30","2026-10-28",true,{"@type":52,"interactionType":53,"userInteractionCount":22},"InteractionCounter",{"@type":54},"ViewAction",{"@type":56,"mainEntity":57},"FAQPage",[58,64,68],{"name":59,"@type":60,"acceptedAnswer":61},"What does “What’s on my heart?” mean in the document?","Question",{"text":62,"@type":63},"It is treated as a prompt to examine the qualities inside one’s heart. I thought deeply about the question posed. I found I cannot exactly verbalise my answer, but writing it out in text form enabled me to provide an answer for the above question. \nWhen I first considered what was on my heart, I came up with different words that described what was on my heart. The words that came to mind include Compassion, Peace, Love, Gratitude, Happiness, Contentment, Abundance, Confidence, Kindness, Calmness, and Achievement. For me, these words describe what’s on my heart. \nCompassion \nI define compassion as the shared empathy for the hard times that people go through. I am a deeply compassionate person and I strongly feel other people’s pain when they go through hard times. I find it difficult to remain unmoved when I have a shared understanding of the struggles that people go through during their lives. If I am struggling, I often find it difficult to regulate my emotions. Compassion is powerful, but it can result in challenges. To be compassionate in my heart means that I am empathetic when people are sharing their struggles with me, but I am also conscious of how strong my heart is, and how much I can support other people without neglecting myself. \nPeace \nI define peace as a period in time where there is no disturbances or interruptions. Peace means quiet silences. In a busy world, it is hard to find peace and take a minute to be at one with ourselves and shut out the business of the world. Peace must be protected within our hearts. Without protecting the peace in our hearts, we cannot truly be at one with ourselves or with others. People protect peace in their hearts in different ways. For me, protecting the peace within my heart means exercising, reading, writing, and spending time on my own. Solitude is important to protect the peace in our hearts. If we cannot enjoy solitude, we cannot practise true peace within our hearts. \nLove \nI describe love as an intense affection for a person, an object, an event or an animal. Love comes in many different forms. Love can be displayed in various ways. Love comes from deep within the heart. Without love, hearts cannot exist. Love unlocks many things in our hearts. When we embrace love, love guides us in understanding our hearts and being at one with our hearts. \nGratitude \nI define gratitude as the way we offer thanks, how we show our appreciation and how we give back kindness. Our hearts cannot go on without gratitude. In other words, we cannot open our hearts to others if we do not show gratitude. Gratitude is expressed by showing thanks for what we have, showing our appreciation for what we have, and how we share kindness to others for what we have. Gratitude shapes our heats and supports us in truly opening our hearts to others. \nHappiness \nI define happiness as the state of being happy. When we are in a state of happiness, we are able to remain in control of how we offer our hearts to others. However, happiness is not a permanent state, and it would be wrong of me to imply that it is. Life is hard and it can throw difficult things at us that can jeopardise our feelings of happiness within our hearts. It is difficult to return to a state of happiness when something negative in our lives has happened which has jeopardised the feelings of happiness within our hearts. When this happens, listen to your heart. It will guide you in doing things that will make you feel happy. Our hearts are almost like our happiness monitors in a way. \nContentment \nI would define contentment as the same as happiness except that I would dig a little bit deeper, and suggest that contentment is that true, inner, happy peace you feel when life is going your way. It is very difficult to feel that state within your heart, and it takes active listening skills and feeling confident in trusting your intuition in order to feel that inner happy peace ","cbCaioYuhdqPzopt","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaioYuhdqPzopt","pdf",354456,"English","# Compassion\n# Peace\n# Love\n# Gratitude\n# Happiness\n# Contentment\n# Abundance\n# Confidence\n# Kindness\n# Calmness","[{\"question\":\"What does “What’s on my heart?” mean in the document?\",\"answer\":\"It is treated as a prompt to examine the qualities inside one’s heart.
