It builds off of the book Mandate for Leadership:The Conservative Promise. It plans to reshape the United States into an AUTHORITARIAN THEOCRACY, threatening the freedoms and liberties of Americans all across the nation.  \nThe main plan of Project 2025 consists of four pillars that intend to“collectively, pave the way for an effective conservative administration: a policy agenda, personnel, training, and a 180-day playbook.”  \nProject 2025’s first pillar, the “Policy Agenda”, will dismantle or significantly impair many federal agencies such as the FDA, CDC, SSA, FTC, FBI, CIA, Immigration offices, homeland security, Department of Education, Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, and more. The policies within the first pillar makes it clear that they will remove LGBTQ+ people's freedoms and their right to exist in public spacesand restrict or even remove women’s access to reproductive healthcare. It will enforce a twisted version of Christianity on all of the country, not just in government and law, but in schools and public life as well.  \nProject 2025’s second pillar is a“Presidential Personnel Database”which is a questionnaire to pull from a pool of verified and loyal conservatives to put at all levels of government.  \nThe third pillar of Project 2025 is the “Presidential Administration Academy” which will train people on “topics ranging from how to identify appointee positions for which you qualify to navigating the necessary background and security clearance processes to recognizing and addressing the dangers of t he administrative state. Potential appointees will learn the intricacies of the federal budget process, how to work with the media, managing congressional and stakeholder relations, the federal procurement process, and dozens of other topics that provide the knowledge and skills you’ll need to be an effective presidential appointee.” It is split up into multiple programs including Conservative Governance 101, The Administrative State & The Regulatory Process, Conservative Governance: Advancing Policy, Conservative Governance:  \nManaging Federal Personnel,  \nGrants, Contracts, and the Federal Procurement Process, with potentially even more in the future as the project advances.  \nThe fourth and final pillar of Project 2025 is a “180-Day Playbook” that will be meant for the next conservative administration to follow for the first 180 days of governing the country.
