Caterpillars and butterflies are insects. The students learned that caterpillars start with the letter c and butterflies start with the letter B. Caterpillars are green, and butterflies come in assorted colors. Students will continue to trace their name, glue objects, play with playdough, sand,  \nrice, and color worksheets to strengthen their fine motor skills. We focused on C for Community, learning about the helpers who keep us safe and connected, like firefighters and mail carriers. For F for Flower, children discovered how flowers grow and read stories about flower life cycles. Using both fine and gross motor skills, students created beautiful art projects cutting, gluing, painting, and building, which helped strengthen their coordination and creativity. We are so proud of their hard work and growth.
