inBangkok,Thailand,on July 8.  \nThe recognition followed SKManir's victory at the nationalAHS Awards Ceremony in KualaLumpur on June 16,where itemerged as the first-place winnerin the primary school category.  \nAlso named champion at thenational event was SMK Sanglangin Perlis for its \"HarumanisMango Cultivation Project”in thesecondary school category.  \nThe project provides studentsenrolled in the school's SpecialEducation IntegrationProgramme with practical agri-cultural skills through hands-onlearning activities-from plant-ing and nurturing mango trees toharvesting and packaging.It alsobuilds their confidence,fostersindependence and equips themwith skills for future employ-ment.  \nBoth champions receivedUS$10,000(RM45,000)eachbefore going on to representMalaysia at the regional awards,  \nwhere they competed againstwinning schools from China,Hong Kong,Thailand,Vietnam,Cambodia,Indonesia,thePhilippines and Sri Lanka.  \nThe two schools were among18 recognised at the nationallevel,with the competition offer-ing a total prize pool ofUS$100,000(RM450,000)acrossthe \"Winner”and “HighlyCommended”awards.  \nSecond-to fourth-place win-ners in both the primary andsecondary school categoriesreceived US$7.500 (RM33.700)each,while highly commendedschools received US$3.500(RM15,700)each,with fiveschools recognised in eachcategory.  \nThe 18 awardees were selectedfrom more than 140 entries sub-mitted by national,private andinternational schools nationwidefor the competition held from ③October 2025 to March this year.  \nA key highlight of the AHS pro-gramme since its launch in 2023,the national competition has seenparticipation grow from 36entries in its inaugural year to 63in 2025 and more than double in2026.  \nIn this third edition,the
