Monks who adhere to the Way of the Philosopher make a careful study of the five major Theran schools of philosophy and apply the schools' metaphysical, logical, and rhetorical principals to the manipulation of ki energy. In so doing, they gain access to uniquely powerful abilities of both a martial and arcane nature.  \nAlthough inspired by Theros, the Way of the Philosopher might also be easily adapted to the Forgotten Realms, Eberron, Ravnica, and other DUNGEONS & DRAGONS campaign settings.
