deputized to cross statelines whenever necessary to conductinvestigations and make arrests.  \nThe New Jersey-New York re-gional task force was formalized ina ceremony at Trenton's War Me-morial building,where U.S.Attor-ney Christopher Christie,state At-torney General David Samson andother officials signed a memoran-dum of understanding describingwhat they will bring to the effort.  \nThe task force will link all thestate and regionai law enforcementagencies,allow poiice to cross statelines for fugitives,set up telephonetiplines and a website with photo-graphs and information about
