The Plan Set presents prescriptive, pre-engineered plans for a suggested minimum level of retrofit design for use by a general contractor or homeowner without necessarily having to involve a registered design professional. Use of this Plan Set is limited to dwellings that are compliant with eligibility statements presented in Table 1 on Sheet S0 . The extent of the scope of this Plan Set is described on Sheet S0 .  \nThe Plan Set is intended to contain all of the necessary supplemental technical information and guidance for preparation of a complete set of plans for submittal to the local building department and for use during construction; however, supplemental information may be required by some building departments.
