The views and narratives expressed in individual chapters belong solely to the contributing authors and do not necessarily reflect the views or positions of International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR), nor of the editors, publishers, or other contributors. \nEach chapter is shaped by the contributor’s unique perspective and intent–whether to inform, provoke thought, explain, or solicit an emotional response. As such, the chapters in this book do not follow a single narrative format, but rather reflect a range of styles, tones, and insights. This diversity is intentional, offering readers a multifaceted and humancentred exploration of complex themes related to experiences of exile. We invite you to approach each chapter as a standalone contribution, recognising it as part of a broad mosaic. \nA G U I D E F O R H U M A N R I G H T S D E F E N D E R S \nContributing Authors \nV O I C E S I N E X I L E : \nWisthon Armando Noguera \nWisthon Armando Noguera is a human rights defender and LGBTQI+ activist.
